The location of the Pinea vacation rental on the Costa Brava is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sun, the sea, and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.
Nevertheless, the surrounding area offers a wealth of activities such as golf, hiking, biking, swimming, and boating, as well as the chance to dine at some of the region’s best restaurants.
This bright, newly renovated, and fully equipped vacation apartment, with its cozy ambiance, is located in a quiet, well-maintained complex consisting of 6 houses. Each house has only 4 apartments, and every apartment has its own entrance. The Pinea apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator). Its private parking space is right next to the Has River. A recreation and park area with a children’s playground, basketball court, and soccer field is within walking distance.
The Pinea apartment sleeps 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.80 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with a shower (100 x 80 cm), and a toilet. The open-concept kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.) is fully equipped. From the living room (50-inch TV, satellite TV), which has air conditioning, you have direct access to the large balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the unspoiled natural landscape; the balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture, an electric grill, and a washing machine.
The sports activities here in the Bay of Rosas leave nothing to be desired and are available in the immediate vicinity. Mountain climbing and hiking on beautiful trails (countless routes, both along the coast and in the mountains), all of which are signposted according to international standards, as well as canyoning, glider flights, and canoeing. In addition, there are also the necessary facilities for skydiving, tennis, rowing, horseback riding, golf, and cycling. Not to mention swimming, sailing, water skiing, surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
