The Fernwald holiday home offers authentic ambience in the special Alpbach architectural style. The small idyllic mountain village is very popular with both holidaymakers and locals for its ski area, as well as for picturesque hikes and mountain bike tours in the midst of the Tyrolean mountains. The holiday flat is close to the centre, restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and public transport are within easy reach. The ski bus stop is right in front of the house.

This gorgeous holiday flat offers you a wonderful view of the charming mountain village of Alpbach and the Großer Galtenberg (2424 m above sea level), the largest mountain in the Alpbach Valley and the district of Kufstein in Tyrol.

All amenities are only a few minutes away from the accommodation by car. Whether it's fresh rolls from the bakery, a grocery shop, numerous farm shops with local delicacies from their own production or traditional inns, you will be well catered for all round. This pretty accommodation in modern country house style offers enough space for 5 people. You have a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, where you can hone your cooking skills on one or two "Tyrolean delicacies" for your family. The beautiful balcony invites you to relax and read and makes the TV with its view superfluous.

For winter sports fans and especially for young families, the accommodation also has an excellent location. The ski bus stop for the free ski bus is directly in front of the house and takes you comfortably to the gondola stations in Alpbach, where you will find ski rental and sports shops, ski depots and ski schools. You can therefore confidently do without the car and also indulge in one or two après-ski pleasures.

The Alpbachtal area is definitely worth a visit in summer as well.     A Nice appartment with 2 balcony´s one facing the road behind the house and one facing the valey. The latter gives a spetacular view of the valey. Appartment is generally comfy and nice. There are always thing s you want to add or change but most annoying thing was probably the parking. My car is not very high of the ground so I could only park in 3 of the four spots available, luckily one of the other recidents was very sweet and took that spot even though he also had some issues as his car was also not high. Also we never got our towels changed over the 10 nights. We were informed by the landlord that it was the job of the rental company. A more stabile table on the balcony would also be nice.. The House is situated in fantastic surroundings with good hikling oppurtunity so we had a lovely holiday there and appart from the parking issue we where quite happy with it.
