Discover the inviting ambiance of Destin in this delightful three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence designed for the ultimate relaxation during your getaway. Nestled within the privacy of the Kokomo Cove community, this Florida cottage occupies a prestigious corner lot adorned with beautiful trees, landscaping, a charming white picket fence, and decks on all three levels.
Your adventure begins as you step onto the expansive wrap-around porch. The main living area and two bedrooms are located on the first level, boasting an open floor plan that facilitates quality time with family and friends. Hardwood floors and soothing decor create a homely atmosphere.
The living room features a 52" flat-screen TV with HD channels and secure wireless internet. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample workspace, with a breakfast bar and a dining area featuring a bay window. A gas grill on the adjacent deck awaits your culinary creations. The laundry room, equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, is conveniently located off the kitchen. The two guest bedrooms on the first floor cater to various preferences, with one hosting a queen bed and a private bath, and the other featuring two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a full bathroom with dual access.
Ascend to the second floor to discover the master bedroom suite, complete with a king-size bed, a seating area, and a master bathroom featuring double vanity sinks, a jetted garden tub, and a walk-in shower. Step outside onto your oversized private deck to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico breezes. The third-floor features a sleeper sofa and a TV, making it an ideal space for kids or teens.
A short stroll takes you to the sugar-white beaches of The Emerald Coast, with private beach access available. During the season, rent beach setups for relaxation or explore the waters with kayaks or jet skis from the onsite vendor. Indulge in shopping and exploration, with a variety of restaurants and golfing options nearby.

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm
During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.
Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.
Minimum Age Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay. This policy helps ensure a safe, respectful environment for our homes, neighbors, and all guests. Reservations made in violation of this requirement may be subject to cancellation without refund.

My family and I really enjoyed the house and especially the private beach access. Walk to the beach was super close and we saved money on cancelling our La Dove Vida reservation for our chairs and umbrellas and just used the local provider. If you have your own beach chairs and umbrellas, the private beach access is the way to go. The beach house was meticulous and such a cozy beach house that was extremely relaxing, the only issue that hindered our experience was the top balcony access was locked per the beach house owners instructions. Our intent was to use that top balcony to view the 4th of July fireworks, so that was a letdown, but the overall experience was great!

House was great and close to the beach, maybe 2 block walk to private beach which was nice with less people. House was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Beds slept great. Would stay again. Only minor complaints would be no access to 3rd story patio, alot of mosquitoes with the nice shaded trees, and bathrooms had pocket doors that didnt really lock and no privacy to master bathroom which all is ok if you just have one person or a couple to a room but if you have other people it might bother you. Again, those are minor, house was great overall, makes you want to retire and live the beach life.
