Welcome to your private vacation home “CocoaNut Palms” in Apollo Beach, a family-friendly boating community that is close to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast!
CocoaNut Palms’ open concept floorplan is perfectly designed for relaxing and entertaining with beautiful water views from almost every room in the house! Situated on a saltwater canal with direct access to Tampa Bay you can enjoy watching the dolphins, manatee and stingrays right from the dock. Cool off in the sparkling pool, go exploring on one of the complimentary kayaks or tie up your own boat at the private dock (launching facilities within 2 miles)....and the recreation doesn’t stop there! This home also comes with two bikes, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and when you need a break from the sun, check out the game room for ping pong, board games and bean bag toss!
Our home comfortably accommodates 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open concept living area combines a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, ample counter space, ice maker and bar, and plenty of seating with an 8 person dining table as well as cozy couches and swivel chairs around the Smart TV complete with cable and multiple streaming services. Additional Smart TVs are located inside the covered patio, game room and in each of the two King bedrooms.
The master bedroom retreat features sliding doors with views out to the backyard oasis and quick access to and from the pool. The spa-like ensuite bath had double sinks, large tile shower, separate water closet and walk-in closet. The three spacious secondary bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and each have their own closet and dresser, and share an updated guest bath with a walk-in shower.
Our space is designed to give you the most relaxing vacation possible as you explore and enjoy all that Florida has to offer! This home is located just 30 minutes from downtown Tampa (Busch Gardens, ZooTampa, The Florida Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium & more), and under an hour from the gorgeous beaches of St. Pete, Fort De Soto, and Anna Maria Island. If Disney is on your list, no problem, Orlando is just under 75 minutes away!
If you want to stay a little closer to home, bike or drive down to the Apollo Beach Preserves area (just 2.5 miles away) where there is a dog friendly beach on the bay and an observation tower for a great sunset view.

The outside entertainment area was where we spent most of our time and it was great. The house had everything we needed! If we vacation in the area again I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the house could have been a little cleaner, but this didn’t ruin our stay at all.

the accomodations were amazing! Eight of us stayed, all enjoyed the home and ammenities. While kayaking we saw manatees and one dolphin.
Very convient location to grocery stores.
So much living space both inside and out.
Favorite VRBO Ive ever rented.

Our group of 7 adults had a great time in Apollo Beach. The house was beautiful with a perfect outside area to relax in the pool or sit in the shaded patio and bar. Can't mention enough how clean and welcoming the house was as we are very particular regarding our expectations and this house checked all the boxes!! A real home away from home!! We were also very impressed with the Lori the host as it was easy to get in touch with her if needed but there really wasn't much reason to as we had no issues throughout the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend to friends and family.
