Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

The property is beautiful — MCM design with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was spacious for 5 guests to have their own space and limited shared bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Some items were damaged (reported to the rental company within 1 day of checking in). One of the USB ports was broken and damaged a guest’s device. The rental company has not confirmed compensation. Water filter was overdue for a replacement so we bought water during our stay. Overall, the house met our needs and would recommend it to others.

This was the absolute perfect spot for our first time in Palm Springs. All we wanted was a nice pool with a view of the mountains and this place exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to any group that wants to get together and still have enough separate space for alone time.

We absolutely love the property in Palm Springs. The home was beautiful, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the backyard and hot tub/pool. I highly recommend the property to everyone.

Beautiful yard and great pool and hot tub. Convenient location to park and downtown. Well appointed and equipped. Clean but bathrooms could use some updating. Some noise from cars driving through neighborhood and airport but not disruptive.
