Beautiful apartment located in Crespo, one of the city’s quietest neighborhoods, near the airport and a variety of restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, just 10 minutes from the walled city and tourist beaches. It features 24-hour security and private parking.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room (sofa bed and Smart TV), open kitchen with a backyard.
● Bedroom 1: Triple bed, Smart TV (Netflix), air conditioning, and private bathroom.
● Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, and shared bathroom.
● Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning, and shared bathroom.
Just 100 meters away, you’ll find one of the city’s quietest beaches and the city’s largest linear park, featuring running trails, an outdoor gym, and the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with your family. Just a 10-minute drive away, you can explore the walled city and other tourist attractions!

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️
▪️Hot water is available only in the shower of the main bathroom.
▪️The tap water in Cartagena is lukewarm, not cold, so there’s no need to use hot water.
▪️Parties and loud music are not permitted, as this is a family-oriented residential complex.
▪️Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
▪️No additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are allowed; if an additional guest is found, a fee of 90,000 COP per night will be charged.
▪️Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
▪️Please turn off the air conditioners when you leave.
▪️For reservations longer than 1 week, guests will be charged an additional weekly cleaning fee. This cleaning fee is in addition to the one included in the reservation.
Cleaning fee $70.000.
▪️Para For reservations with two guests, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms will be locked. Please note this policy for two-guest reservations because the apartment has three bedrooms; an exception is made if the guests are not a couple.
▪️For reservations for 3 guests (couple and child), the third bedroom will be locked. Please note this policy since the apartment has 3 bedrooms and the capacity exceeds the number of guests in the reservation.
▪️ Trash must be taken out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and handed to the security guard on the street before 5 p.m. to prevent unpleasant odors and the proliferation of insects in the apartment.
▪️ Turn off the stove burners immediately after cooking for the guests’ safety.
▪️ When leaving, turn off the TV and air conditioners for safety and to ensure their proper use.

Loved the property and the location is very easy to get to and walking distance of the beach the neighborhood is really quite and has on onsite guard 24 hours a day. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows. Cartegena was so beautiful we spent most of our time outside the apartment but it was nice to come home to a quite night sleep. I would definitely rebook this apartment.
