Robin's Nest is a stunning 4 bed, 3.5 bath Dahlonega home located just outside the city of Dahlonega and just before/on the way to many of the local wineries. This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) property features a unique portion of Cavender Creek, where the creek splits in two and creates an island surrounded by nature.

The main floor features two oversized bedrooms, each with a king bed, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and clawfoot tub. The main floor also features a game room in the garage (air hockey, ping pong, darts, cornhole, a putting game, and PS4) and an open living/dining area with a covered porch off the back, perfect for viewing the creek and the woods below.

Upstairs is a large master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom and balcony overlooking the creek.

The lower level features a second kitchen, poker table, and another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a patio outside.

The steps off the back of the house lead down to the creek, a perfectly quiet and private place to sit. Enjoy a campfire down by the creek, or cross onto the island and enjoy a nap in the hammock.

Property Notes:
- This home is in a small gated community.
- Parking is limited to five cars. Please do not park in the garage, as it is set up as a game room. Absolutely no street parking allowed.
- Upstairs features a gas fireplace, the downstairs fireplace is decorative only and just has candles in it.
- We have a Ring doorbell camera.
- Guests can expect internet speeds around 1 Gbps.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
