Apartment in Wyk, Boldixum Parish, renovated in 2022, quiet and centrally located

Our "lüttGlück" vacation rental, completely renovated in 2022, is located in a four-unit apartment building on a small residential street near the marshes in Boldixum, the oldest district of Wyk.
It measures just under 45 m² and consists of a living area with a kitchenette and two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the terrace, which is for the exclusive use of our guests.
In the living room, a cozy sofa invites you to relax and watch TV. The round table is ideal for social gatherings. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with high-quality appliances.
The master bedroom features a spacious double bed (sleeping area 200 cm x 180 cm) with under-bed storage for suitcases, as well as a spacious closet with ample room. In the summer, the ceiling fan provides pleasant cooling.
The children’s room is furnished with a box-spring sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two children. However, when the sofa bed is extended, there is no room left for a children’s rollaway bed or similar. An electric fireplace with a 3D flame effect creates a cozy atmosphere on cold evenings.
The small bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass partition.
The small hallway contains a coat rack and a shoe cabinet.
The apartment comes with its own parking space.
As a special service, from May through September we provide our guests with a reserved beach chair at the popular Sandwall in Wyk for the duration of their stay. The cost is already included in the rent.
