Welcome to our cozy two bedroom main floor condo, centrally located on Lakeshore Drive, in the beautiful town of Sylvan Lake.
Enjoy picturesque sunsets over the lake from your private, enclosed patio or walk just 15 meters and enjoy direct access to the lakefront and beach. Take advantage of the many amenities within walking distance; micro brewery's, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and shopping. This recently renovated unit is located in a quiet, secure building.
Tastefully decorated two bedroom, one bathroom main floor unit with a full kitchen, livingroom and private enclosed furnished patio. Each bedroom contains one queen bed, a privacy lock, and are equipped with alarm clocks and closets.
The bathroom has a shower with tub and a vanity with basic care necessities for guest use. The kitchen has most appliances, full range stove, microwave, fridge, French coffee press and toaster. Coffee grounds, tea, sugar and basic spices are provided. The breakfast bar has three comforable seats and doubles as a workspace with USB wall outlets and power.
The livingroom has a UHD television and a very comforable three seat La-z-boy couch, coffee table and chrome cast for streaming. Wifi available and login details provided upon check in. The building has a communal laundry room with paid washers and dryers for guest use.

A cozy basement suite condo across road from Sylvan Lake Beach. Unit was clean, but not well stocked. Couldn't find a dish cloth. No coffee maker other than a french press. We didn't do any cooking so couldn't say if the pots/dishware were sufficient. Host was very good to deal with!

Fabulous! This condo is very clean and well kept. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, cutlery, coffee/tea, welcome snacks, to name a few. Close to restaurants and Big Moo! Attentive and friendly management. 10/10 worth the book! Will definitely return. Thanks again for a wonderful stay Andre!

This condo had all the feel of a beach house. The decor
is very tastefully done and the bonus screened- in porch is
a gem.
The entire space was very clean, the kitchen was
equipped with necessities and
thoughtful touches throughout the unit made our stay
very comfortable.
Coming in September was perfect as the streets,
shops and restaurants were not overly crowded .
We'd come back in a heart beat!!
