- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- No smoking of any kind
- No removal of studio items outside the property (such as coffee mugs, towels, blankets or kitchen items). We do inventory before and after your stay; you will be charged for missing items.

This was a top notch experience for my wife and I. The resort is immaculate, Everyone is friendly and helpful. The scenery is breathtaking. If you go try some of the local restaurants they were awesome.

We visit once a year for a conference/skiing and we are never disappointed. Spruce Peak Lodge and Stowe Resort are always on point!

The property is in an incredible location right in Stowe on the mountain, has everything you need on property and incredible activities all around. The hosts were very communicative, check-in/check out were seamless and the room was amazing.

This is the perfect place to stay for those that want to be right on the mountain and not worry about having to drive there in the morning, access to all the amenities that Stowe has to offer including hot tub, apres ski, fitness and spa is awesome
