The independent kitchen is well equipped and complete with an oven, dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave. The ground floor sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single one. A bathroom with a shower and a laundry room complete the floor.
