Offering a pristine interior with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, 2 living rooms, as well as a yard with a heated pool (winter months only) and a covered patio w/grill, this Phoenix-area abode has it all!

Guests have access to the entire house, garage and yard with private heated pool.

The pool can be heated during cooler weather for an additional fee of $45 per day. This fee will not show up in the price when booking and must be requested and submitted and paid through the resolution center

Sometimes when walking into a property, it doesn’t quite live up to the pictures. This property was the opposite. The interior was clean and well maintained and everything worked as expected. The pool and pool deck was clean and ready for us to jump right in. If you have business in the N. Valley, this is a great location. Starbucks, Dunkin and Walgreen were all within walking distance and the I-17 & 101 freeways were very close. Checkin and checkout instructions were clearly explained. Thanks for the great place to stay.
