This reverse-level chalet has a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area for six guests, and a sitting area with TV, DVD, and balcony with furniture. Amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, and two twins, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front decking with hot tub, shared use of on-site sauna, mini gym, and tennis courts, and off-road parking. Within 1.6 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. One well-behaved pet welcome at £10 per week. Smoking is not allowed. WiFi, electricity and bed linen are included in the price. Note: Owner requires 2 days' notice for use of hot tub. Tavistock, with its pannier market, bars, and restaurants, and Calstock, known for its crafts and festivals, are nearby. The Donkey Sanctuary and Cotehele House and Gardens (NT) are 10 minutes apart. Enjoy a play of golf at St Mellion (8 miles), visit the restored Victorian mining community at Morwellham Quay (4 miles), look for otters and deer along the Tamar Valley pathway, or visit the National Trust owned Lydford Gorge. Why not take the Tamar Valley Railway to Plymouth and visit the Marine Aquarium or Plymouth Hoe?
