A perfect setting to serve as your home base as you, your family and friends explore the New River Gorge. Spaces include living room, 2 sitting areas, dining room, an outdoor firepit and game room! And Oh - let's not forget the Pond! A small farm pond - great for kids to fish!

It was a great family get away. Plenty of room to spread out with a game room with a ping pong table. The beds were comfortable.It is a quiet area. I loved listening to the birds on the back porch. I also saw several hummingbirds on the front porch. There were also fireflies in the evening!

The accommodations, location, and host were amazing. We had a great time visiting local restaurants, shops, and the New River Gorge. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience to spend Christmas with our family.

Great place to stay 20 minutes from Ace Adventures. Well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds. We loved the welcome sign s’mores and firepit and firewood on site. Quiet, beautiful and peaceful.Highly recommend for large groups.3 queen beds one king bed, 2 twin beds, futonAnd plenty of room in the game room to bring a couple of air mattresses.
