Facing the sunset, the villa offers panoramic vistas of the Cretan Sea — a truly magical backdrop by day and night.
The villa is designed to offer comfort, style, and relaxation. Step outside to the private terrace, where the infinity heated pool blends seamlessly with the sparkling sea. Lounge on sunbeds, enjoy alfresco dining in the shaded area, or fire up the stone-built barbecue while watching the golden sunset — a perfect setting for romantic dinners or relaxing afternoons.
Inside, Rozites Villa combines timeless charm with modern convenience. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a welcoming dining area, along with a cozy living room offering uninterrupted sea views. The master bedroom on this floor features an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.
The ground floor houses a well-equipped gym and a sauna — perfect for relaxing after a day by the beach — along with a stylish bathroom. Upstairs, on the second floor, there are two more beautifully appointed double bedrooms, featuring en-suite bathrooms.
Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.
Rozites Luxury Beachfront Villa is located in the south of Rethymno, in the traditional settlement near Kerames village, set in a peaceful and quiet environment. The crystal-clear beach is at your feet, while the seaside taverna of Agia Fotini is only a 5-minute walk. Within a short drive, you can explore other stunning south coast beaches, including Ligres, Triopetra, and Agios Pavlos.
The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.

•Temperature Setting | Pool heating can be adjusted to reach up to 28°C, depending on prevailing outdoor conditions.
•Usage Period | Heating is generally available from January through mid-June, and again in October - December.
•Advance Request | A minimum of one day’s notice in advance is required to arrange heating.
•Extra Charges | €50 per day applies.
•Minimum Booking | Pool heating must be reserved for a minimum of three consecutive days, with costs calculated accordingly.
•Weather Restrictions | Heating will not operate if the outdoor temperature exceeds 25°C or during rainy conditions. Please note, a pool cover is unavailable.
