Un apartamento curioso en lo alto de una vivienda, con su patio exterior, una cocina-salón, dos habitaciones, una de ellas grande y otra más pequeña sin armario. Muy limpia y coqueta. Relación calidad-precio estupenda. Tiene aparcamiento dentro del alojamiento.
Un poco difícil el acceso a la vivienda, mejor entrar desde abajo, la cuesta es bastante empinada y mal firme. Las ventanas de las habitaciones no tiene persianas normales, por lo que entra la luz desde temprano.
