Very practical apartment fit with all amenities for family accommodation. Nice view above the neighboring golf field, facing north (no so hot during midday), high floor (less mosquitoes) and overall support from the host. Surroundings are great starting with nice lake park with beautiful trees, paths and benches and including 10 min walk to cafes and shops. The path to the beach is 15-20 min walk with nice scenery and clean paved road. The pools and recreation at the roof is really great and not so crowded.
All is great. Be aware of buildings D, E, F being constructed closer to Laguna Park townhouses. Although it is not noisy.
