Ocean View Condo in Pasay near MOA, PICC World Trade

Price-wise, it’s pretty reasonable compared to Makati. It's about a 20 mins drive from the airport (traffic can be a pain but it is a common thing in Manila) and 15 mins to Mall of Asia. The neighbourhood isn’t really safe to walk around at night, but popping over to the Alfamart or the laundry just around the corner of Coast Residences is fine since it’s still within the compound. Security was tight and the reception guards and staff were respectful and nice! Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend walking around, especially for solo female travellers. The apartment has a gorgeous sunrise view! I did noticed a few small roaches when food waste was left in the bins untied, but after I started clearing it out to the common garbage each night, no more bugs. The kitchen sink and toilet do have a slight sewage smell, but that’s not the owner’s fault, a small air freshener from the nearby mart or any supermarket helps. Wi-Fi on the TV can be slow, but it works fine on phones. The owner had provided a huge tank of water, towels and shampoo and soap bar. There is sufficient kitchen appliances available, if you like to boil water and cook. Fridge is available too.

Reasonable location

Unusual bed configuration, balcony not usable, no soap etc in room, swimming pool has to be paid for each day to use it... you have to visit the admin office and complete forms... took 10-15 mins each day (can't buy multi day entry) Lifts very congested.

Very good location and a nice sea view.

I wasn’t given the name of the place so there was a bit if a problem as the taxi driver asks for the address , I gave hin Oceanview Condo, near MOA , not until I the attachment where i found the property location address. Must be the long tiring flight that made my mood a bit irritated and was arguing about the the address to the driver as he cant find it in Google search map, 🤣🤣🤣. overall, i made it to my accommodation. Instruction was sent to me to follow for check in.
