Cozy stay not far from Forte dei Marmi
Nice appartement close to Forte dei Marmi. We really enjoyed the terrasse! Franca is nice and responsive!
We were surprised no one is mentioning the big road next to the bedroom! It’s very noisy at night, you barely can have your window open for a little breeze! There is also not much around so you have to take the car and get to Forte!

Very enjoyable, the flat is well maintained and decorated. The location and facilities are great.
1. The hostess was very friendly and punctuate in providing us the keys and explain the facilities in the rooms. 2. The flat is well decorated and carefully maintained. Also there is a parking space in the yard (which can accommodate two cars). 3. The location is great. We went to Passo Croce and Forte dei Marmi with our friend's family , nice to hike in one day and enjoy the beach on the other. 4. The hostess also offered us two bicycle, we had fun riding the bikes in the local areas.
It's a pity that the hostess can't not speak in either English/French/Mainderin/Taiwanese, and I cannot speak in Italian, so the communication was a bit difficult...
