Its location is amazing
Lounge seating - could have benefited from 1 more comfy seat, what’s provided is very nice and adequate for approx 3 adults , the additional dinning chairs provide extra seating but not as comfortable

Fantastic location. Very easy to get to the places I had booked up, and had everything in the doorstep for food and drinks. Close to the underground so you can jump into central London if needed.
I was given wrong instructions when checking in, about pressing the concierge button to get into the property. The bin store isn't labelled up either but had helpful staff show me where to find it. Minor things, but that's honestly the only faults I found!!

It was professional and very clean. Great furniture, good neighbors
You had to walk a bit to dump the waste but that was a temporary issue and not in the hands of the property managers.

The location for events at Wembley is perfect!!
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were watered down rubbish The bed and its duvet, pillows and especially the base sheet were not good
