The rooms were clean and warm. Beds were very comfy. It was a great location close to town but not in town. Even though the place was under renovations it met our needs for a one night stay.
Originally we had rented 2 rooms with a king bed and a jacuzzi tub in each, but received a call the next day that they didn't have any rooms like that, so they gave us 2 rooms with 2 queen beds but even though we were disappointed that they didn't have the jacuzzi rooms we adapted. Another disappointment was no hot tub and the pool wasn't able to be used.

Went to Hayward with to go see Larry the Cable Guy at Sevenwinds Casino (wasn’t even a 10 min drive) when we arrived the owner checked us in and he was extremely nice and friendly. The biggest bonus was I was able to bring my dog for an extra small fee!
That we couldn’t stay longer and use the backyard as there were hammocks, fireplaces, grills, and maybe more.

Perfect location just outside of the Main Street of Hayward -- near the Fish Museum, Moccasin Bar, and restaurants. Staff was pleasant at check in with our room ready. The room was super clean and bed was soooo comfortable - we slept very well. Had some amenities available of soap and shampoo/lotion. Super soft towels. Did not use the pool but it was in full action when we were there and the kids looked like they were having a blast. A campfire was lite at night that was nice. Presently it is undergoing room renovations and is a bit dated - but if look beyond this and landscaping needs (both of which do not affect the room you will accommodate) it is a gem -- we would stay there again! --
A few more outlets for charging phones ipads/laptops with usb ports would be a nice perk.

Kind and friendly staff
Other loud guests, didn't feel safe, and run down facility. Most of the in room lights didn't work and the faucet would not shut off completely. Did not feel as though pictures on the website gave an accurate depiction of the property.
