De uma maneira geral gostei da limpeza e da localização. Apesar de ser uma casa com espaços pequenos, estava equipada com o essencial e necessário. Além disso estava perto de um parque automóvel e da Central de Camionagem.
Não gostei do cheiro a mofo ou humidade. Seria necessário abrir as janelas umas horas antes dos hóspedes chegarem, para evitar essa sensação. A casa não fornece pequeno almoço.
