Tive problemas com as minhas reservas, reservei um quarto superior, e com os problemas que tive no check in acabaram me realocando para um quarto pequeno e inferior, tirando isso tudo ok

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação, pois fui informada de que a academia do prédio não pode ser utilizada pelos hóspedes. Considero isso muito grave, já que a academia aparece em destaque logo na primeira foto do anúncio, criando a expectativa de que faz parte das comodidades disponíveis. Na minha opinião, isso caracteriza uma informação induzindo o consumidor ao erro e pode ser interpretado como publicidade enganosa. Solicito uma análise do caso e uma solução adequada.
