Très bel emplacement.

The house was easy to find and the owners kindly let us check-in early. There was enough private parking for several cars by the front door. The house was spacious, light and clean. It was well-equipped and everything was high quality. The WiFi was excellent. There was a nice outdoor area. The owners had worked hard to make the house as welcoming as possible. In summary, the house was very comfortable and a great place to stay.

On our drive down, I saw a message from the house listing extra charges for things like cleaning, bedding and towels. I assume that I had missed these charges when reserving. But when I looked, they were not mentioned anywhere on booking.com. I contacted booking.com and they said that if they were not listed before reserving then I should not pay. I spoke to the owners and they accepted this so it was not a personal problem for me. But it was an uncomfortable situation and it would be better if the house listed all its prices transparently on booking.com.

Cette maison est très bien equipée et très bien située pour des vacances dans la region d'Albi. L'equipement est très complet et permet de vraiment profiter du sejour sans soucis.
