Perfect view and cozy stay

Two-floor apartment with a stunning view. We were prepared for the steep drive to the house, so that wasn't a problem. We had to use a heater since we visited in March, but it was quite cozy. We had a lovely stay!

We traveled with kids and the stairs were quite a challenge since we have a toddler who wanted to go up and down the stairs all the time. We had a minor issue with the lock, but Cristiano solved it quickly, so that wasn't really a problem.

A perfect venue for a rare family get together. Spacious, but nice and cosy with lovely views.

Location, scenic views, convenient for town while being slightly secluded, character building with comfortable furniture, heated appropriately.

A few more quality pots and pans. Softer towels.

Excellent Villa

Facility was excellent. The host was 1st class. We were provided with many small extras including food and beverages. Location was good. A beautiful view overlooking Rapallo.

Only that we there only 2 days. Would like to been able to stay longer.

Fantastic villa with an incredible view and very friendly host!

The villa is beautiful, we loved the location, the spacious living room and kitchen. It was very practical with the two bathrooms.The communication with the host was very easy and we are already looking forward to come back!

Beautiful place to stay

The most amazing experience was first of all Cristiano the owner, Wonderful communications . Location was amazing . I felt home because it was cleaned by the owner and everything was put with love from coffee in the kitchen till shower gel in bathroom . Grazie Mille Cristiano ☀️

Vacanza subacquea

È una villa dove si assapora la storia di una famiglia che ci ha vissuto per anni. Lo si nota dai suppellettili, dai libri, dall'arredo. È ben pulita, ben strutturata in ogni confort. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 5 amici, ma ci si può stare comodamente in 8. Abbiamo passato 2 notti tra il 29 e 31 agosto 2025. Si gode di un ottimo panorama sul golfo di Rapallo. Le ns. 2 macchine sono rimaste parcheggiate comodamente sotto casa. Gli spostamenti per scendere in paese: c'è una scorciatoia in collina tra scalinate e sentieri 10 minuti a scendere, 20 minuti a risalire. Risparmiando nei parcheggi del centro di Rapallo ci siam presi comodamente il taxi talvolta. Consigliatissima anche per periodi più lunghi!

Incantevole

La casa è molto accogliente,pulitissima e dotata di molti confort … immersa nel verde e silenziosa… ottima la posizione che domina tutta la città e offre un paesaggio incantevole … mi sono sentita subito a mio agio insieme a mio marito e ai miei 5 figli … le stanze spaziose, luminose e i bagni molto grandi … unica pecca è aver soggiornato solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio ma sicuramente riprenoteremo per potercela godere più a lungo

Die Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Bucht ist fantastisch. Kein Verkehr, weil das Haus an einer Privatstrasse liegt. Das Haus ist gross und schön eingerichtet. Der Hausherr ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, den man alles fragen kann.

Für eine Familie/kleine Reisegruppe à 5 Personen war die Unterkunft ideal.

Die Aussicht auf Rapallo ist atemberaubend.

Das erste Mal sind wir an der Abzweigung zur Privatstrasse vorbeigefahren und mussten umdrehen. Wenn man weiss, dass man tatsächlich in eine Einfahrt einbiegen muss, geht es dann schon. Ein Hinweispfeil den Hang hinaus könnte nützlich sein, wir haben uns durch einen Telefonanruf des Weges versichert.

Court séjour très agréable dans un cadre merveilleux

La vue est extraordinaire. le centre ville se trouve à 15 minutes à pied ce qui évite de prendre la voiture. Très bien équipé. Propreté des locaux excellente. Tout est prévu. Logement très calme. Deux salles d'eau / toilettes.

房子在半山腰上，可以俯瞰整个海湾，不管白天还是晚上，景色都很棒！另外房东非常贴心，在我们抵达前提前开好了暖气，整个屋子暖暖的！满墙的叶子也很好看！家里用品齐全，做饭也很方便！

屋子本身没问题，就是外面的路，对大车不太友好，尤其是晚上开，太考验车技了！
