The condo has had numerous upgrades (May 2025), including a sleek new refrigerator/freezer, brand new dishwasher, new kitchenware, a brand new king-sized bed and mattress, plus a brand new stackable washer/dryer. Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days. This is a $125 value, free for our guests.
Important things to know
*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
