This light-filled, 2100 sf home with verdant garden views rests in a quiet neighborhood near Carmel Point.
Open floor plan living and dining areas, including outdoor seating, make gathering easy and enjoyable. Enjoy a walk to the beach or take a short drive to downtown Carmel where you will find galleries, shopping and restaurants to delight. The famed Carmel Mission Basilica Museum is also within easy driving distance.
Enter directly into the Living Room, featuring plenty of seating with a large flat screen TV with cable service and a wood burning fireplace. Access the patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill through the sliding glass door.
Located off the main living room, the open plan dining room seats six guests comfortably. Exit to the patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill.
Fully-equipped Kitchen with pantry and bar seating for 3 includes a drip coffeemaker, additional bar sink and separate drink or wine refrigerator and a laundry area.
The fenced patio area off the living and dining rooms features seating for 6, and a gas grill.
