Central, comfortable stay in the heart of Nantwich

The property was right in the center of the town and it was easy to get to shops, cafés and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. All queries were answered promptly by the property and they were very good when called outside of usual working hours - Thankyou!

There were some parts which needed a little care, the bathroom door had holes in it from a previous guest. The dining room chairs were worn on the edges and could do with being replaced.

Lovely apartment but needs some attention

Very comfortable apartment. Very spacious. Excellent parking and location. Very clean.

The corridor from building entrance to apartment could have been better. We had a few concerns that were rectified straight away as Ross was there. The dining chair needs replacing,/Chip in bathroom sink which were obviously like that before our arrival No note or mention of those. There is no door on 2nd bedroom which is not mentioned in descrption. Mould on bathroom ceiling

Clean, comfortable and spacious.

It was very spacious and clean. It had all the cooking utensils we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and had all the extra bedding we needed for a family of 5. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Disappointing unclean property, not worth the cost, avoid.

Central location, private off-road parking space.

Unclean apartment, mouldy bathroom and washing machine, damaged furniture, lack of basic amenities & equipment. Disinterested letting company who haven’t replied to two private messages detailing these issues. Would NOT re-book.

unpleasant and unprofessional treatment from host

i can’t give any positive feedback purely on how we’ve been treated today

attitude of letting agent is generally disgusting we was here stay as our mother end life stages of cancer and only has days to live , we had several issues with property and he didn’t want listen how we felt and no longer have wanted liaises with us

Very good overall just a few tweaks needed

Very convenient location clean and quite well equipped. No hairdryer which was a surprise. Bathroom could do with shelving all personal stuff had to go on the floor. Surly shower gel or a soap bar wouldn’t be amiss ?

Getting keys in safe and out the electric gates was a challenge !

Spotlessley clean, easy to find. Amenities were great! Communication was great from the host!

My ONLY mild complaint would be that if you're a couple staying here and want a comfortable night's sleep... the beds are single beds pushed together with a double sheet over so they come apart when sleeping (in both bedrooms). Perhaps even one double bed in one room would be better and more comfortable.

Just like the photos online. Very comfortable stay and host was very responsive and helpful.

Ideal location in the middle of town. Plenty of room and natural light in the apartment. Facilities were exactly what we were looking for.

Nice clean comfortable well stocked flat in the city centre.

Nice clean flat in the city centre, walking distance to Morissons and Aldi which was very useful for getting things we left behind as well as breakfast. Rooms big and comfortable beds including the sofa bed, well stocked kitchen and everything we needed was available.

Just a bit of extra touch would be TVs in the rooms, but that is just being extra. I can't really complain about anything as we enjoyed our stay.
