Close to where you needed to go, was nice to come into a nice fire lit:), very warm comfy beds.

Difficulty with large damp wood trying to start and maintain fire.

Location was good, house was cute and cozy
There weren't any fire lighters so we had to go buy some. The smoke alarms may need a battery change as they went off randomly including at 2am even when the fire wasn't going. Could do with updating all the curtains to thermal curtains and getting blinds for the kitchen and the front door as had someone come knock on the door while we were there and I didn't like that they could look right in!
