Piso Tamaragua

The apartment is nice, clean, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The photos correspond to reality. The kitchen is well equipped (large fridge with freezer, induction cooker, microwave, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle). There is no dishwasher, but we didn't mind. The washing machine and dryer are on the balcony. It is about 10 minutes walk to the center and 3 minutes to the bus. Parking in the area was OK, we always found a place, although usually not on our street. The key handover went without any problems, we managed it despite the fact that Adis didn't speak English. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, which was not a problem for us, but it may be a problem for others.

Unfortunately, I have to deduct points for the unpleasant noise from the apartment next door. Someone is kicking or dribbling a ball there every day untill late evening. It is very annoying. After a few days, we got the impression that he might be doing this on purpose to discourage tourists. The furniture is not very comfortable, the beds and the couch should be replaced. The double bed has a quality mattress, but it is too small for 2 and does not have a frame, so if you lie on the edge, you fall down. The mattresses in the other rooms are quite hard. The couch in the living room is falling apart and is very, very uncomfortable.

I called the owner as soon as I arrived at the airport and she was already waiting outside the property. Two copies of the keys where handed. Property just 10min walk from centre, harbour and see. 5 min walk to the massive shopping centre and 6 min walk to Mercadona. About 10min to Bus Interchange so ideal to go everywhere and on the way back, Mercadona and shopping centre on the way to buy something or to eat. The neighbourhood is safe, lots of spaces where to park for free nearby. 2 complete bathrooms (shower & bath) and all you need in the kitchen, including washing machine so no need to take so many clothes. Proper security door at the entrance. Plenty of windows and light and a fan in each room.

Just to point out it is a second floor without lift so for some people with really bad/extremely reduced mobility is not OK. It is just a second floor and steps are very very low, easy to climb so not a problem for most of the people.

En general todo muy bien. El piso tiene de todo, limpio y tranquilo.

Really clean and tidy. Close to bus stop and open mall.great communication with the host.we definitely come back here next year
