Wonderful stay in Brand, Austria.

Family staff are so helpful and friendly. One of the daughters helped me with some lost property. The apartment was perfect for us, everything you need to self cater. Very reliable wifi, pool table, airhoc and tabletennis on ground/lower floor and free sauna/steam room which was fabulous. Added bonus of free coffee/tea and selection of pastries from ground floor 'bar'. Guest card gets you free bus rides & entry to local facilities. Next door to the cable car (Dorfbahn) and only 2 minutes from the Spar shop and natural swimming pool. Hiking/ biking trails on the doorstep. Did the lake Lunersee circuit by using bus then taking hiking route, did not use the cable car. That is €17 each one way! Guest card gives you a small discount whilst buying Wildcard before, makes it free.

There was nothing we didn't like except having to leave. If we can return, we will stay for longer next time!

Great vacation location in the Austrian mountain

Great location, specious apartment, great kids room to play, apartment is wel equipped, also we got card to use Public transportation for free and this card also gives some discount in some of the cable cars. In the morning, there was in the reception some local treats for the guests to try (shakes, cheeses, sweets. Etc) really nice touch.

All info is in German , so Google Translate was working hard. Even the guest info book in the room was only in German, not handy.

We were here for second time and our stay was amazing. The accomodation is very nice, clean and reasonable for this price. Staff is very helpful and kind. Brand is in general a great place to stay. We are looking forward for our next holiday in Egga..:)

Warm welcome & super clean apartments

A huge thanks for your warm welcome. The family & employees are super kind. The situation of the flat is perfect as you are close to everything : supermarket, bakery... Small attention such as smoothies, small cookies are much appreciated. Also we had the chance to come with our dog and this is really a bonus !!

Super friendly and comfortable

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very good with a view down the valley. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and a toaster was available for use. Keyless entry worked well.

Nothing in particular although the behaviour of guests below our apartment one night was not acceptable. We did report this to reception and the guests were quieter the next night.

Perfect stay

Very friendly and accommodating staff (family). They really want to make your stay as nice as possible. Lovely snacks in the hallway every now and then. Two indoor play areas, of which one for little kids. Located right next to the Dorfbahn skilift and close to restaurants and shops. Apartment was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here if we decide to go to Brand again.

Amazig stay at Appartementhaus Egga!

The accomodation was amazing, Very nice rooms, clean with all needed equipment. The owner family was very friendly and helpfull with everything. We enjoyed the stay in this appartement a lot as we also had nice outdoor terace with beautiful view on the mountains. The position of hotel is directly at as the cableway. I really recommend to stay here as you will not find anything close to this accomodation it this price range.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean, in good condition and there was also large storage space for bikes. Brand new bike wash is just next to apartment.

Perfect place to stay near mountains of Brand, great staff and outstanding quality price ratio!

The hosts of Egga were very kind, surprised us with a personal letter, map of Brand and chocolat (!). They also gave very useful advices and tips for exploring Brand, were open for questions/suggestions (in German and English) and we received from them a personal VVV-ticket to get discount on e.g. cable-cars and restaurants nearby plus were able to travel for free in bus around Brand. Great!! Our appartment was clean, cosy and its kitchen fully-equiped. The living room was light and even had a balkony with mountain view. Location of house is next to a cable-car and close to mountains. Staff also washed our clothes 1x (for free) and supplied a drying reck: perfect. All summerized: a perfect place to stay in lovely Brand, great staff and outstanding quality price ratio.

Tip: mention that quests could hire a baker/oven (missed it although the service is there). Small thing we missed (and should be mentioned): Egga has a service to order and bring bread for the early morning, which has to be requested the day before. However, it is only valid in winter-time.

Ferienwohnung empfehlenswert, aber leider nicht das Skigebiet Brandnertal

Die Ferienwohnung war zwar relativ klein, aber für 1 Woche passte das. Die Lage direkt am Lift und an der Talabfahrt sind perfekt. Wir würden grds. die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen, allerdings würden wir nicht mehr im Winter ins Brandnertal fahren. Das Skigebiet ist grds. groß genug, aber bei schlechter Schneelage bekommen es die Bergbahnen nicht hin, das Skigebiet ausreichend zu beschneien, was sehr schade ist.

Der Fernseher ist leider sehr klein. Im Skiurlaub steht natürlich nicht der Fernseher im Vordergrund, aber ein Kinoabend mit Kids gehört schon irgendwie dazu. Und der Fernseher ist wirklich sehr klein. Und leider gibt es zwar einen Brötchenservice, der die Brötchen aber erst um 8 Uhr liefert. Das ist natürlich für Skifahrer leider zu spät. Das sollte man überdenken.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, das Brandnertal sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war für uns als Familie ausreichend, es hat nichts gefehlt und war sehr komfortabel. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und es hat sich sehr familiär angefühlt.

Leukste hotel ooit

Persoonlijke aandacht. Je voelt thuis. Onze apartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, heel rustig, bedden waren heel comfortabel, veel ruimte, goede prijs en de eigenaars zorgen altijd voor iets lekkers bij de receptie en doen alles wat ze kunnen om je verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken. Ook goede tips gekregen over waar je kan rustige alpine routes doen. En bij inchecken lag er een speciale brief op de tafel met chocolade. Beneden is er ook een gezellige bar waar je kan poolen en je ochtend koffie halen. Alles is tot de puntjes geregeld. De leukste plek waar ik ben ook geweest.

Perfekt Unterkunft für Familien mit 2 Kindern

- Zimmer war sehr bequem mit praktischen Küche. - die gemeinsame Raum mit Kaffee und gemütlichen Atmosphäre. - die Kinder Spielraum war super, auch für unsere 6 und 8 Jährigen. - war auch schön in Rezeption gab es jeden Tag etwas schönes für die Gäste z. B. Käse, Salami, obst, etc. - rs gab auch freie Sauna, wir haben leider keine Zeit dafür gehabt, vielleicht de. Nachdem mal dann :)

Ideaal verblijf voor een mooie wandelvakantie

Ideale ligging om vele prachtige wandelingen te maken. Super vriendelijk personeel. De attenties versnaperingen die ze klaarzetten in de hal als je terugkomt van een lange wandeling zijn heel fijn. Smaakt eens zo goed. En hond vriendelijk ☺️

Het enige wat wij misten was een borstel. Wanneer je met een hond reist, plus het wandelen in de bergen is een borstel wel handig zodat je af en toe een beetje kan keren.
