It was dirty and nasty, roaches in the bed and trash everywhere. Room smelled like cigarettes and bed bugs on the bed

Motel scam ensures no stay. On Christmas!

Figured out the all encompassing motel scam. They post the lowest prices and then after you pay they hit u with as much as 100$ deposit when you get to the property. If u say no then they keep your non refundable payment you already made. You now have no room and no money!!! Both companies need to be sued repeatedly and this will stop.

The bedsheets had burn holes. When we Walked in there was a grape vine left on the table. The towels had stains.

Immediately after arriving to the property we didn’t stay. When we walked in the room it wasn’t clean and there were hazards. Despite management agreeing to refund our stay without penalty, they still charged us for the entire stay. I had to return to the property to process a refund.
