Pristine & Exquisitely Designed APT 7 Min From TX Med Center

The apartment was remodeled and was comfortable inside kitchen amenities where adequate including washer and dryer, microwave, stove, stainless steel sink. TV was ok as well as internet service. lt was very easy to gain access to my meeting in the downtown area. Bed was comfortable and adequate. Met property manager by chance on the property at the time and he was very nice and assisted me. Reasonably priced, location a little ruff.

The location was in an older neighborhood near downtown and area's around the apartment were run down and one evening there was street racing up and down the street and car doing donuts in the intersection right by apartment and location I had parked my car in front of the property. No other private parking was provided otherwise quiet. The bathroom was very small especially if you had more than one guest. The pipe in bathtub pulled out of the wall. Picture shown on Booking to promote was not accurate. The electronical security system for front doo worked fine, however, appeared inexpensive and if it was not operational there would not have been any way to get in other than to call property manager.

No complaints about the property! I had a nice peaceful stay and would definitely book again !

What I enjoyed about the stay was how clean the place was upon arrival. The host of the property straight forward and made access to the house easy. I had a few events to go to with some friends I was visiting in Houston and was no more than 10 minutes away from downtown. I will definitely book this spot again the next time I visit Houston.

Property was in great location! Easy access to downtown. There's a beautiful bike trail not too far from this place that leads to some beautiful parks! The place was cozy, clean, and secure. The host was responsive and helpful. Check-in process was smooth. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
