Piso amplio con cuatro habitaciones con cama doble, sala de estar y cocina. Cocina bien equipada. Tercer piso con ascensor. Bien ubicado para nuestras necesidades. Dos dormitorios dan a una calle tranquila, los otros dos a la parte posterior del edificio, también muy tranquilos.
Algunos detalles de las instalaciones mejorarían con algo de mantenimiento.

El piso en general estaba muy bien ,luminoso,amplitud de habitaciones y estancias bien cuidadas , no faltaba de nada en la cocina . El trato con los propietarios ha sido fabuloso .
Por poner una pega, el ascensor era muy pequeño y olor extraño en el portal del primer piso .

The apartment was perfectly located near the historic center, but not so close that it was noisy. We were able to take the bus to the beach and many other activities. The balcony was great. The air flow was also wonderful (especially coming from very hot Madrid). The kitchen was large and had a big table where we could all eat. We didn´t lack a single amenity.
I imagine that it might get cold in the winter since the windows are thin? I don´t know. There really wasn't much that we didn´t like.
