The Jean House

It’s space and layout for 3 families. Comfortable beds

The BBQ was very old, unclean and really needed replacing. No tea towels nor oven gloves.

The house is very roomy, clean and in a quiet location

The location is off road and the road to the house is bumpy, muddy when wet. The booking info just stated that the key was in the lockbox but there was no code provided to open the box.

So much space, beautiful location, animals everywhere!!

Would be helpful to have a little basic supplies, such as kindling and fire starters for the fire. There was a lighter but it was empty.

Good, spacious house. The games room was good.

The property is not well maintained. The photos of the property show a trampoline, but it was not there. BBQ is very old, not cleaned well, and one of the burners does not work. An iron box is available in the laundry, as per the host, but we could not find it. The non-stick skillets/ pans were not clean and need replacing, as the non-stick surface is all scratched up. The hedges around the house are not maintained well. No soap or body wash was found in the bathrooms; there was shampoo and conditioner available. Dust gathered in a lot of places.
