Everything, it was comfortable, welcoming and every little detail had been thought about. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking next time we are in the area. Thank you Erica, you have a fabulous property

I have family moved to Waterhouses from Leeds last year so have stayed in a few B&B's and Hotels recently and this is by far the best. Would be fantastic for a family, the house is so spacious with everything you would need for a week or more stay, lots of games and dvd's, even a football table (we did have a game even though we're both older adults). The complimentary breakfast is a bonus and something I've never had in self catering, milk, bread, cereals, fruit and much more. If you turned up here and had forgot your toiletries it wouldn't matter as everything is provided. there's a Co-Op, Greggs, a Chippy .and a few bakeries just down the road. Clean, comfortable, spacious and warm.
This is NOT a complaint just a tip, there's a lot of lovely, big mirrors in the house but a lack of plug sockets next to them for my straightners. it would be a lot of work to put sockets in so maybe supply an extention lead?

Nice set up for providing breakfast, basket with goodies, fridge full of milk yogurts etc. Plenty of towels for use.
Wallpaper was quite scary on bedrooms, especially in space with single beds, kids put off sleeping in there, prob needs be more neutral. Over abundance of union Jack paraphernalia. WiFi didn't work and heating had issues, fortunately was reasonable weather. No access.to.outdoors (aware before went). Beds weren't comfiest and very noisy
