Very cosy, clean, well finished house. It had everything we needed and more. Hosts were great at communication and were very friendly. Great location and a huge size, which our son loved. It was extremely child friendly! We will almost certainly come back if we ever want to come over to Durham again.
The only small thing was that we couldn't get the upstairs TVs to work in any of the rooms, they wouldn't receive any channels - I'm not sure if it was our fault, though.

Second time coming back, made us feel special with decorations and hamper and card for my birthday, our anniversary and Valentine’s Day, had a lovely welcoming and when leaving had some problems with the lock box but were quickly reassured that they were just around the corner, house is always spotless, everything you could think of you would need is there, don’t need to take anything except clothes really, even have shower bath gel shampoo conditioner hand wash etc, washing up liquid and cleaning products, every kitchen utensil you can think of and every cup plate pan 🤣, our doggie loves this house as if it were her own 🤣 very dog friendly and because the house is always clean to an exceptional standard our doggie doesn’t ever feel the need to mark her territory, she is a dog who struggle with separation anxiety and this home is the only place she likes, the owners are extremely welcoming and if you ever need anything they are right around the corner, house comes with books, more dvds than name and every board game going, tv in every room and fire stick, so many places to sit and very large dining table to spend quality time with family or friends, heating was on ready for us and made us feel like we had just left and come back home!! 10 star rating if I could!, definitely be back again soon!

Really appreciated the breakfast hamper that was provided. The house was really spacious for a large group. The hosts were really responsive to any messages we sent them.
The only downside was, because of the lack of doors downstairs, the noise travelled upstairs quite a bit. Not really anything that the hosts can change though.

The size
Dishcloths need to be white. Oven didn’t work door seal broken.rain came through the patio doors and guttering dripped a lot all night
