Location. Clean. Host attentive
The one bedroom in the ranch house had a piece of Styrofoam layer over the one bedroom door (that was removable) and they rented that room out as a one bedroom efficiency, which did have an outside door. But you could hear the people talking like they were in your house. I did not like that part at all. I was expecting a house and I had a house with a guest in it. The picture showed in oven but the oven did not work. They had a tiny toaster oven on the counter, which was ineffective for the meals we wanted to make. There’s a washer and dryer outside it’s connected to a garden hose for water and it drains out in the yard. The house definitely served the purpose and it was very cost-effective but not sharing that. The one bedroom is actually not included in the house and somebody else can be staying. There is what I did not like.
