The location is excellent, the place very clean and had all the facilities like AC, fully equipped kitchen and water heater in the bathroom. Charging points available as well.
I would not recommend it if someone finds it difficult to climb a flight of stairs as there is no lift, otherwise you go up a lovely old original staircase to the 1st floor into a welcoming place.

Estuvimos 5 días (23/5 al 28/5). El departamento es excelente, cómodo, y muy ordenado y limpio. Estábamos cerca de todo, caminando llegas a los puntos de interés, y el puerto se encuentra a 4 cuadras. El barrio super tranquilo. Nos recibió Caterina una genia total, super amable, cordial y atenta a todas nuestras necesidades, cómo así también su esposo e hija. Lo super recomiendo!. Fue una estadía hermosa.
Quizás debería ampliar algunos elementos de cocina, como una tostadora y algunas fuentes más. Nada que no se pueda hacer.

Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele, kontakt przebiegał sprawnie, nie było żadnego problemu z przyjazdem wieczorem. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane i klimatyczne. Nowoczesna łazienka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnią i klimatyzacja. Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.
Mieszkanie w samym centrum ma swoje wady - każde słowo wypowiedziane pod oknem i każdy przejeżdżający skuter to spory hałas. Do tego koty, mewy, pompy wody.. polecam zabrać stopery do uszu :)
