Prácticamente todo el apartamento, destacar el amplio WC y ducha.

Cercanía al centro, en un paseo agradable de unos 10- 15 min. En un edificio nuevo, casa cómoda para dormir (2 personas máximo, más no, es un poco pequeño), con lavadora y secadora. El baño es muy amplio, muy buena ducha. En eso un 10.
Muy cerca de las vías del tren. Las ventanas dobles aislan del ruido, pero si la abres hay mucho ruido. Recomendaría poner aire acondicionado.

Buena ubicación. Aparcamiento al lado del edificio. Supermercado Dolce saliendo del edificio. Bien aislado. Edificio moderno y funcional.
Menaje cocina muy escaso. No hay sillas, para sentarte en la mesa dispone de taburetes.
