Very cute villa that is a nice space to yourself just outside the main tourist areas but close by
Mattress in Vietnam are hard and a mattress topper would really help peoples back pain
The plumbing noises that occur in the walls of villa 1 everytime someone uses water in the villas is terrible and kept me awake throughout the nights

everything you need in one place. verrrry close to all the great parts about hoi an. front area was big enough to keep a bike in there securely.
the finish of the property seemed rushed. the pool overflows and doesn’t drain properly and then water gets into the bathroom area of the house. the shower into the bathtub is awesome but the tap drips behind the bath so also floods the bathroom. also very difficult to not get water outside the bath while showering unless you stand completely still. there should be more drains or more towels. also if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be bothered by the amount of windows & curtains that need to be drawn to keep the light out.
