The rooms were spacious, and parking was available outside. The property owner was cooperative, responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
There was a strong unpleasant smell in the rooms, possibly caused by dampness or previous guests. Parking was also unclear, as there was no designated space. When we parked outside, a neighbour confronted us rudely, threatened to block our car and made us feel unwelcome.

I stayed for 2 nights in Rochdale and had a good experience. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with two living areas, a full kitchen, and both a shower and separate bathtub. It is a practical, no-frills home in a quiet location, perfect for families or business travellers. Great value for money and a comfortable, functional base.

The house is spacious and located in a quiet area. It’s a basic, no-frills place, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The décor is a bit outdated, but the two large living areas and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home. The rooms were spacious and gave plenty of privacy. It’s a great option if you’re looking for somewhere affordable and practical. Plus, it's close to public transport for easy access to Manchester.
It wasn’t the most stylish place, but it was functional.

The beds were clean and fresh
There weren't any sharp knives in the kitchen to use for cooking. Also there was no plug in the kitchen sink for washing up.
