A comfortable and convenient stay that felt like a home away from home.

We stayed here for four nights and found the house to be clean and spacious, with a simple, no-frills setup. The décor is traditional and older in style, and the layout is practical rather than modern. There were two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and bedrooms spread across the upper floors. We had exclusive use of the property, and on-street parking was available outside during our stay.

Parking could be a little tight at times but it was not a major issue

We had a really nice stay this Spacious House in Rochdale. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. It was perfect for our family trip. The location was ideal, with easy access to Manchester, by train and tram. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. We’d happily stay again.

Perfect house for our short stay

We had a great 4-night stay here in early February. The house was really spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. It worked perfectly as a base for our business trip, and the location made it easy to get into Manchester. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a home-from-home for a short stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious 4-bedroom house! The property was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy, and the fast Wi-Fi was working at full speed. Quiet location with easy access to Manchester, around 25 minutes train ride. Our stay at this no frills 4-bedroom house near Rochdale Centre was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, the host proved to be incredibly gracious and proactive, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The property itself was immaculate—sparkling clean, beautifully spacious, and equipped with everything a group or family could need. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals, the beds were luxuriously comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was impressively fast (a bonus for both work and streaming!).

Minor parking quirks aside, this stay was perfection. While parking required a bit of patience, the location itself was ideal—peaceful, quiet, and just a stone’s throw from the town centre.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this 4-bedroom house near Rochdale Centre! The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials – from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and fast Wi-Fi. The welcome chocolates and water were a lovely touch! While parking was slightly tricky, the location was convenient and quiet. It’s ideal for families or groups, offering great value for money. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The listing is deceiving it was like walking in to 1960s house

I was not informed roof was leaking and buckets were placed for water dripping till last moment just before check in with entry code and excuse was because of recent storm 2 weeks ago so host clearly was aware from past 2 weeks but didn’t wanted to tell me prior - only after we checked in and it was evident by ring video bell I got the text refund can only be done if you are not checked in. I tried to speak to host to offer me discounted price clearly it was not worth I was charged, but it was all swings and round about. Further more property require full renovation including electrical and smoke alarms

There is nothing to like about the property it is very old and damp house, it’s will ok if the charges are very little. Bedding was good.

Car park not available neighbour intensional block parking. No parking at all. Shower very poor and toilet can’t seat properly. House is very tidy everything very cheap style.

The property was a good size for my big family and had everything you needed such as wifi hair dryer iron kitchen accessories etc nice comfy beds with clean bedding everything was as described and pictured and we also walked in to a lovely box and chocolates and waters which was a great touch and much appreciated after the day we had 😊

Parking was a bit of an issue we had to park further down but that can’t be helped with being on a small street
