I really love the location of it. The view from the 13th floor is beautiful. All the staff was very cordial. It’s within a short walking distance of a nice pier that has a good restaurant. There is a grocery store very close by within a block the only about six or 7 miles from the Carolina Opry. It was clean the elevators work well did not use the pools or lazy river but they look nice has a nice walkway to the beach and it’s very close to a Starbucks only about 100 yards down walking on the boardwalk, which also goes to the pier

Don’t like that there’s no early check-in. You must wait until 4 o’clock.

Property was clean, great location. I liked that the parking was right across the road.

Dryer didn’t work. No hand towels, wash cloths, and not enough toilet paper for our stay. The staff was unhelpful because they said they don’t manage those rooms.. so if you need any help (like the door code that didn’t work) you need to call a 1-800 #

Love the location as always .. easy to book ..

Glass sliding door was broken , contacted as soon as we arrived but never got fixed . Very inconvenient. Dishwasher didn’t work . Fold out couch was not good … huge dip in the bed had to layer blankets and sleep sideways . Have stayed in this hotel many times but this year the quality has greatly decreased . The private owner of this room are not maintaining the previous standard .
