Ok, for a short stay

The lady was nice and always with a smile on her face .The place is clean and well maintained. Having the kitchen and being able to cook is definitely a big plus. We were able to hang laundry outside.Easy check in.

Strong smell of mould, very small room , no space at all to move. Due to lots of cars in the courtyard, there is no shared space outside. It's a bit expensive for what it is. There is no natural light due to the window with no window.

Very cosy, and friendly staff.

Very good place to sleep, that is quiet at night, out of the centre, and very close, if you have a car. The owner is very helpful in giving advice on which tours to do, and how to access other places nearby, like Trindade, and beaches along the coast road. We had some issues with the air conditioning on arrival, but it was solved quickly, and made our stay more cosy! The owner speaks great English as well, so that helped, even though I know Portuguese enough to get around here.

The only thing was that the sign ´Pouso Paraty´ on the outside wasn´t very clear, and so it took a few moments to find the entrance, and then figure out how to access the car park, etc, but all good otherwise, and we are very happy to stay again.

O quanto 02, é um forno ; o ventilador não resolve; tive que dormir no chão em cima da toalha molhada, o banheiro não tem saída de ar, o odor vem para o quarto, não tem um criado mudo para colocar os celulares...

Apesar de não ter ar condicionado, pensando na comodidade dos hóspedes o quarto possui dois ventiladores. O quarto é limpo e os funcionários são excelentes. A mesa do café da manhã leva muito capricho com mesa posta e estava tudo delicioso

Muito calor, não tem ar condicionado o ventilador é na parede porém virado para o chão. Não tem frigobar e nem tv nos quartos. Falta luz direto que piora ainda mais o calor. Tem uma cozinha comunitária, porém sem micro-ondas, nem ferro de passar tem para emprestar, o quarto é muito apertado, banheiro sem janeiro difícil ventilação. A pousada é longe do centro e praias, uber aqui dificil achar e preços das corridas exorbitantes.

O café da manhã com poucas opções e servido muito tarde pra quem tivesse que fazer um passeio cedo. O quarto era de telha e sem ar condicionado, conclusão um calor infernal. E o quarto era apertadissimo para ser um quarto triplo. E o portão da pousada ficava encostado a noite toda com risco de qualquer pessoa entrar sem qualquer controle. E se precisase falar com alguém em virtude de algum problema, nunca havia ninguém na recepção. Nunca recomendaria.

Pra resumir tudo. Esse preço sem ar condicionado é inaceitável. Não tem estacionamento e a rua ficava cheia de carro sem lugar pra estacionar.

Funcionários prestativos e solícitos! Bom atendimento a qualquer coisa que precisávamos!

Infelizmente nem tudo é mar de rosas mas não é culpa de nada relacionado as acomodações, funcionários,café da manhã, instalações da pousada mas sim aos próprios hóspedes dos outras acomodações que sabiam do horário de silêncio imposto pelo proprietário ( não só lá como é uma lei federal!) e fizeram uma algazarra até quase a meia noite e mesmo assim não respeitaram o funcionário que solicitou para fazerem menos barulho! E Infelizmente por motivos naturais ficamos sem energia por 12hs praticamente por ter acontecido um vendaval na região ocasionando a queda de muitas árvores rompendo a rede principal que abastece toda Paraty!

O café da manhã poderia melhorar em alguns aspectos ,como por ex ,os sucos estavam quentes nos dias. Por infelicidade peguei a melancia estragada um dia ( cuidar mais das frutas).

O transporte na região é péssimo para quem vai sem carro. Uber são poucos os preços se elevam, transporte público a cada 1h e o último do centro para o bairro as 19:30.

Mucha calidez y predisposición de la gente del lugar. Excelente limpieza.

La atención y cordialidad de toda la gente que atiende el lugar,. La cocina compartida es muy cómoda, se puede cocinar y guardar alimentos en la heladera. El comedor también muy cómodo y el desayuno muy completo. Hay parking.

Lamentablemente es muy ruidoso, en los cuartos de abajo se escuchan todos los movimientos en las habitaciones de arriba, tanto de los huéspedes como cuando realizan limpieza. Además se escucha desde muy temprano todos los movimientos de la cocina y las conversaciones entre las personas. La habitación es pequeña y la ventana da a un pasillo por lo cual si tenes la ventana abierta perdes privacidad.

D. Iracema é muito simpática, nos recebeu muito bem! O café da manhã é bem simples, porém muito gostoso, tinha um bolo que eles tinham acabado de assar para nossa café da manhã que estava quentinho, divino. O rapaz e a moça que estavam no café são extremamente simpáticos. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Ficamos em um quarto para 5 pessoas, ficamos apenas uma noite, o tempo estava fresco, mas acredito que no verão deve esquentar muito por não ter ventilação, mas isso não foi o problema para nós. É um pouco distante do centro histórico, porém de carro é rapidinho, o bairro é bem simples. Nada que citei acima nos impediria de nos hospedar novamente, devemos pesar o custo-benefício de cada hospedagem e entender que cada uma é compatível com preço que oferece. No nosso caso, prezamos pelo preço mais baixo, pois estávamos de passagem seria apenas uma noite e valeu super a pena.

Todos que nos atenderam foram muito simpáticos, nos trataram muito bem (Tarcísio, sua mãe e a moça que ajuda com o café). A cordialidade da única funcionária da pousada.

Da localização e o péssimo estado de conservação. O local não tem funcionário, o dono vem quando você chega e vai embora, não houve nenhum tipo de atendimento, não preenchemos nenhuma ficha de controle. Ficamos super inseguros, a pousada fica em total abandono durante a noite, embora o dono nos garantisse a segurança, não conseguimos dormir em paz. Nenhuma infraestrutura de hospedagem. Total falta de respeito, a maioria chega passa a noite e vai embora quando amanhece. Nem água filtrada existe no local.
