Condo Carolina is the largest condo in the iconic Condo Del Sol a 10 unit community in Playa Guiones. Just 3- 4 minute walk to surf and surrounded by some of the best yoga studios, gyms, restaurants and bars in town and a 5 minute walk to the Organic Farmers Market. Condos del Sol provides a gated driveway with private parking and Hector, our guard who lives on site 24/7. We have a shared pool and bbq grill area. Condo Carolina #10 is the top floor corner unit with a private stairway access, a large corner balcony, large windows with jungle plant views galore. The living area, kitchen and breakfast bar has 16 foot vaulted ceiling with a local art collection and cozy couches and settee. The kitchen is stocked with modern amenities and premium cooking supplies. The living area has a large Guanacaste dining table, library to share, flat screen smart T.V., A/C, and games for kids. The two bedrooms are supplied with luxury linens and towels. There is a safe for securing any valuables.

Great location, comfortable place, and a wonderful host! Caroline's condo is close to good restaurants, shops, and a little market, and -- most importantly -- it's a short walk or bike ride to the beach. We also loved picking up the nearby jungle trails to get around town. The condo itself has a lovely covered patio, perfect for working or reading a book. Inside, there's lots of space, comfortable beds, and everything else we needed. Would certainly recommend to others.
