You will have the whole house and property to yourself to enjoy. All areas are open and accessible to guests except for the one locked cabinet in the mud room and storage shed.

Avoid placing food or drinks on the pool table.
No food or glass items in the hot tub; close the cover when not in use.
Only flush toilet paper—no other items (including flushable wipes, paper towels, or feminine products).
No parties or events allowed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight; no unregistered guests without prior approval.
Adhere to check-in and check-out times (unconfirmed late check-outs may incur a fee).
Do not rearrange the furniture.
Please keep shoes off the furniture.
Ensure all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating are turned off when not in use.
Dispose of all trash in designated bins and recycling as appropriate.

Great location. Super clean. Modern. Owner was available and was able to get the snow removed so we could depart as needed. Hot tub and showers were super relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Pool table added extra laughs for our trip. Lastly home was well heated on this chilly weekend.

I loved the property, it looks exactly like the pictures, nicely decorated and clean. The host was great at communicating and very accommodating. We had so much fun playing pool and other games. Would definitely recommend.

The house was great! We enjoyed shopping, hiking and going to local restaurants. The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable. Ivan was a great host. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely house that looks even better than the pictures. Cool modern house with rustic touches and a beautiful backyard where you can enjoy the smell of the woods by a fire or in the hot tub. Plenty of space for a group of friends or just right for 2. Minutes from the town of Tannersville woth great restaurants, stores and scenery.
