This home is also conveniently close to a host of local attractions including the New Buffalo Recreational Facilities Department, the Ambler Flatwoods Nature Preserve, Shady Creek Winery, and Galien River County Park, all less than 10 miles from your front door.
Step inside and discover a very accommodating home with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances that visiting chefs will adore. Meet up for mealtimes in the sunlit dining area, or head outside in pleasant weather for the perfect alfresco experience. Back indoors, you'll find a wet bar ready for entertaining plus two separate living areas with cable-equipped TVs and plenty of comfortable seating.
Outside, your fenced back yard becomes an oasis in the summer with a private pool and soothing hot tub. Please note that the pool is available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Additional features and amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, a warming gas fireplace, gas grill, and two golf carts to make it easy to get out and explore the area.

We had an absolute blast at this home for the 4th of July! Most importantly, the house is clean and has great space both indoor and outdoor. Our large group was well entertained whether indoors watching a movie, outside watching the cabana TV or enjoying the sun in the pool, hot tub or the lake. The lake is a short walk down the path and not a beach so to speak, but the sunsets were a nightly ritual and so beautiful. The golf carts were very fun even if golf wasn’t being played-simply driving around Grabd Beach saying hello to the other people was lovely. And, the deer are a sight!!! I’d recommend this home-book quickly bc it’s a gem!!

For us, we were looking for a vacation alternative to Outer Banks and were able to cut our drive time in half. With young kids, that is huge. The 9 hole golf course in the plan was respectable and super convenient to get a quick round in and not spend half a day away from the family. The beach access in the plan was nice enough, but you wouldn't confuse it for the Outer Banks. It wasn't crowded when we were there, but I suspect that on hotter days it could get a bit crowded. Kitchen and most of the bathrooms were updated. Nice grill. Pool and hot tub were satisfactory. Seemed like a nice, quiet plan of homes.
