Bottom unit with separate smart lock entrances and room for two cars to park in the driveway and unlimited on street parking in front of house. Stocked kitchen with all you will need for your stay.

We are a family of four. 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was absolutely perfect. Well kept, everything was clean and ready for us as promised. The washer and dryer can in very handy for the days when we came back from the beach. We had people in the apartment above us and we didn’t really see or hear them but if we had I still think the experience would have been great. There is a great backyard area. Katherine was very responsive and kind throughout our trip. Highly- highly recommend this home to rent. Great beaches and restaurants and ice cream close by! Super close to Old Orchard, Scarborough and even close enough for a day trip to Wells!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The fresh coffee beans and grinder were great. Backyard firepit was enjoyable. Short drive into town for restaurants and other businesses.
We would stay at this property again.
