We had a great stay here! The location was awesome- right off the highway and next to a target and great food options. However, there were several several ants, roaches, and other bugs that came out over night. Other than that- great stay.

This is Sonesta Suites and Moksha was great. She checked us in and answered all our questions. Also went above and beyond to get us a better room that suited us. Would stay here again.

This property was a very unusual experience. It's advertised as 'new', but it definitely has an 'old' feel, particularly noticeable in the common areas and the elevator. The elevator itself is quite old, dark, and brown, which was a bit disconcerting.Unfortunately, the most significant issue was the pervasive smell of smoke. Every time the AC turned on, we were hit with a strong odor of weed, cigarettes, and cigars. Additionally, there was a general mildewy smell, suggesting potential moisture issues.It's important to note that this property is managed by RoomPicks, not an individual owner. Communication was poor; I texted and emailed regarding check-in information and only received a response the following morning.On the positive side, the service from the on-site front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful.Overall, this property has potential. If RoomPicks addresses the smoke and mildew smells, and considers updating the elevator, it could be a much more pleasant stay. However, until these issues are resolved, I would hesitate to recommend it."
