Vacation apartment (65 m²) with a balcony

The approximately 65-square-meter vacation apartment, with a separate entrance via an outdoor staircase, is located in the attic of an old farmhouse. It features a large living space—open-concept—with a double bed, a dining area, a living room area, and a kitchen. There is a very small separate room with a single bed (90x200 cm) and no closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The large room features a cozy design with exposed rustic ceiling beams and a large tiled stove. The living area features a sofa corner, dining area, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The sleeping area has a double bed. Access to the vacation rental is through the entrance area via a 30-square-meter balcony terrace. Free parking is available in the courtyard. Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer before departure. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib and a high chair are available. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, parking, and Wi-Fi. The vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. A 30.00 EUR fee is charged for final cleaning. For groups of 3 or more people, a 35.00 EUR final cleaning fee is charged per stay. Upon request, the guest may perform the final cleaning and inspection.
