10,000 square foot lakefront estate with Hot tub, movie room, billard room, ping pong, air hockey, slot machine, poker table, dock with upper dock diving area into 18 feet of water, 60 foot beach can walk 20 feet out in sand, everything you need for your time at the lake, extra jetski ramp for your ski, extra boat slip for your boat, food delivery from Dominos, papa johns, lagos, hot shots! 6 min boat ride to bridewater! Best location! Monthly rentals! We can also do meals and house keeping duties for extra charge! Small apartment above garage not available.

Our stay in this gorgeous house on Smith Mountain Lake was amazing! This house had everything needed for young children…toys, a movie theater room, air hockey, plus right on the lake! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboard, and floating on the lake. We rented a boat for two days which we could pull into the dock. Evenings included s’mores around the campfire pit and games around the large dining table. It was the perfect place to spend a week together!

This home was perfect for our family of 16. Plenty of space to be alone if you wanted, too. Location on the lake was wonderful, not busy, so the kids were able to use the kayaks & paddleboard in the cove with no problem. Any problems we had were quickly taken care of. About the only complaint I can think of was that there were no curtains on the windows of most of the bedrooms & bathrooms. We ended up using sheets that we brought on some of them. It was really a slight inconvenience & we would most definitely stay here again if we went to SML in the future.
